The new drawing of the central part of the city was born by the need of simplifying al the different styles that during the last decades superimpose into the area.
Redesign the urban context with the aim of giving a clear sight to spaces and to the pecking order of the buildings puts in the center the public space as the core and generation point of the whole city. Continuity and homogeneity are the terms of which have been realized the private buildings with the aim of rebuilding the degraded urban sides.
