The surface has an extension of 100.160mq divided by Arenatura road. According to the dimensions of the new structure, it seemed right to project the volumes with the aim of creating an artificial hill mixed with the natural hills that characterize the surrounding ambient. The spaces used as gym and services are covered with curve structures and with grass on the rooftop.
The attention paid to sustainability is not limited to the territory and landscape but influences also the new building’s technological and architectonical choices.
Bioclimatic technologies find an important application in the use of solar direct enlightenment, in natural ventilation for the summer cooling, into the use of active solar technologies aimed at the production of electricity and warm water.
