The goal of the project is the restore of the building “ex-prisons of Arona” unused by several years.
The intervention plans the prison’s materials recover with some improvements in stability, thermic features and acoustic ones according to the laws.
With the aim of allowing a further structure’s adaptation to the needs has been privileged as construction techniques the ones made by dry posing. Using this technique the constructive elements can be disassembled or removed easily, avoiding the production of a lot of waste.
