The center plans to realize a swimming pool for adults and one for children, dressing rooms for the users and tribunes and services for the spectators. The project has been led to a very simple structure to satisfy the several needs preferring a rectangular pool able to host ludic activities. With this building are made also some complementary works to its operation like the pavement at the border of the pool, a pedestrian one for the whole area, solarium spaces, a local for administration and pool’s management, the bath’s systems and the external artificial enlightenment and an enclosure for the area.
For the service spaces like dressing rooms, showers and hygienic systems have been thought that they could be located on the covered side of the building, considering that the two structures will be used for different periods of the year.
The project’s insertion into the area focused on the connection with the surrounding park and mainly with the amphitheater at which the green spaces are connected to.
